Nestled along the serene banks of the river, the “View on the River” property required enhanced security, boundary definition, and improved utility placement. The project aimed to install fencing that secured the premises while preserving the natural beauty of the surroundings. Additionally, the relocation of the dumpster from inside to outside the property was undertaken to optimize space usage and improve accessibility.

Project Transformation:
BEFORE
The site was marked with temporary yellow caution tape strung between wooden posts. Overgrown vegetation and an undefined boundary left the property exposed and cluttered. The dumpster was placed inside the property, occupying valuable space and affecting the visual appeal.
WORK IN PROGRESS
The transformation began with clearing dense foliage and preparing the ground. Workers actively removed branches and vegetation, making way for fencing installation. Simultaneously, the dumpster was relocated outside the property boundary, requiring coordination and groundwork to ensure proper placement and access.
FINAL RESULT
The final images show a significantly cleared and organized space. The road-facing boundary is now clean and ready for fencing. The dumpster is now positioned outside the property, improving internal space and maintaining a cleaner, more functional layout. The area looks secure, well-maintained, and thoughtfully planned.
